Through its Neighborhood SUCCESS and Leadership Program, the Raymond John Wean Foundation distributes 30 grants amounting to almost $110,000.
The grant is to support grassroots groups and projects for the improvement of small communities in Warren and Youngstown. The grant beneficiaries will have to participate in a series of forums, registrations and learning events all year long as a way to connect members of the community.
